NextGenEdu Inc. ("NextGenEdu," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website at nextgenedu.net (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through the Site, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Information you give us. We only collect what you choose to submit through our forms:
- Waitlist (home page): your email address.
- Pilot request (For Universities page): your name, institution, work email, any message you include, and — optionally — how you heard about us.
We do not ask for, and you should not submit, sensitive personal information through these forms.
Information collected automatically. Our hosting infrastructure may record standard technical logs (such as IP address and request data) for security and to operate the Site. We also use a privacy-focused, cookieless web analytics service to understand aggregate Site usage. This analytics does not use cookies, does not collect information that identifies you personally, and does not track you across other websites.
2. Cookies
The Site does not use cookies.
3. How we use your information
- add you to our waitlist and contact you when the product is available;
- respond to pilot requests and other inquiries, and arrange conversations with institutions;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site; and
- comply with legal obligations.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. How we store and share your information
Form submissions are transmitted to and stored in Google Sheets (Google Workspace). Access is limited to authorized NextGenEdu team members. We share information only with service providers that help us run the Site, and only as needed to provide their services. We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
5. Data retention
We retain the information you submit indefinitely, unless and until you ask us to delete it.
6. Your choices and rights
- Access, correction, deletion: Email hello@nextgenedu.net.
- Unsubscribe: You can ask to be removed from the waitlist or our contact list at any time.
